In my opinion, it depends what genre of music you're listening to. I have both the Studio and Mixr sets. It's a shame though that they are so pricey. It costs under $20 to put a pair of Studios together. That's branding for you :-)
I have the Mixr's and I love them. The bass they provide sounds great for the Hip Hop and EDM I listen to. They are built better than most of the other Beats models which you recognize with the beautiful aluminum hits around the headphone. I have owned two other pairs of beats and they have never broken so I decided to go with this model and I haven't regretted it. I was able to get my pair for around $200 and didn't mind paying it. Screw the haters, if you are looking for a great looking pair of headphones, and don't mind paying the $200 price tag, I would definitely recommend these.
i like the mixrs better cuz there louder more stylish and not as heavy mirs are the lightest and loudest beats yet id say get the mixrs if u treat them well ive had mine for 3 years only thing is scratches where u turn them and ive dropped the mixrs for 4ft to a brick floor like 20 time scratches only there very good headphones and some of the best quality ever
i have the mixrs 4 months already and they are amazing and sound super good but they are kinda tight in the head after a while so that's something we should keep in mind
AndresGame its bc of the clamping force lets say ur a dj and your getting turnt up ur bouncing up and down u dont want them falling off your head ive rattled Shaked jumped with them things on my head they wouldn't fall off but i agree after 2-3 housr they get uncomfortable but still they are super loud and super clear
Thrilla yeah true after all theire made for dj but many use it as headphone for music and yeah mee too. I do like it when they stay on your head even after jumping. well they are amazing and I don't regret buying them!
I got the studio 2.0 wireless in gold and mixrs black and red on my channel i did a sound test 👀 studios better for bass and design and mixrs for quality and portability
I had a pair of beats mixers and i used them for about a month then the band snaped all because i swivel one ear cup behind my ear. Mixers are complete trash compartd to the pros. Im using the pros now and i tell u this there so much better build quality and sound also
hey great review bro watched till the end. i find your videos really neat and helpful. Keep it up your doing great. I subscribed to you, and i also have a channel nothing too big yet. i was wondering would you want to give your mixrs away by any chance or sell them because they would be perfect for me and i really like them, and plus you have the hottest one out right now the pros the bigger better and stronger version of the mixr. Ive been in a struggle at the moment, and cant afford them. its totally fine if you want to have both the mixr and the pros.
Honestly I have listened to these both and they are both very good but the Pros are more comfortable and I prefer over ear so I prefer those I own every product in the line even the speakers except for the first pill I got the 2.0 and when it comes down to it the mixes and pros are the cream of the crop the major desicion is if you want on or over ear and how long you will be using these because the mixes hurt your ears after extensive use and I use my headphones a lot so I went with pros.
This was like 3 years ago homie so tbh I don't even rock with beats no more because they overpriced and not that good. They good for stuff like rap or dubstep with heavy beats but if you actually want quality sound theres tons of headphones that's better than these.
Ay' :D Which one have better sound? i have (basically) MIXR :P And use it for Remastering progress. but i wanna buy something new that Ai can use remastering too. What is your Xperience?
Ok so I have both (My pros however gave the ghost already quite recently). And I did do a sound comparison before the pros gave up on me. Surprisingly they sound exactly the same texture and equalized. The only difference is since the pros were over ear, the sound feels wider and a bit more spacious than the Mixrs where those sound the same but less spacious and more direct to the ear. So doesn’t matter which way you decide however honestly the Mixrs are the best especially since they don’t wear down as much as the pros (Especially the leather headband and if that wears out it’s extremely difficult to replace). Plus the Mixrs look cool and since they aren’t sold anymore they are also more special ;)
So basically, yeah basically yeah yeah cause basically this video is yeah basically a video that basically is yeah basically about headphones that basically are beats yeah that’s basically the video about
Well, that definitely depends on opinion, and as far as I know, wherever you look, EVERYONE says that atleast the one good thing about beats is their huge bass response. Also, I'm not the biggest audiophile so to me, these sound great.
ive heard all beats and compare them to my two best headphones, audio technica ath m50x which blow beats pro and mixr to the garbage can, and my hesh which are about equal to pros for $60 or cheaper
Typical beats hater sentences: Saying m50s are better (which is) Cheap plastic (the new solo2 and studio 2.0 are more durable than it's predecessors) Buying for the brand, not sound (well who the hell cares?!, if the average consumer likes the way they sound don't listen or don't search beats suck) I'm not fanboying, i'm just saying that beats doesn't deserve this much hate, if beats suck what is SOL republic and skullcandy?
Ahmed Omar If you want to have some DJ features, but not as good as the pros, go for the mixrs. However, I would go for the studios since even though they cost less, they have decent sound as well and have MUCH better noise isolation. Don't forget to subscribe to my channel if you want more vids like these.
Ahmed Omar Glad to help and thank you SO much for subscribing! I actually made a mistake, sorry, I meant to say that the studios cost MORE not less, but they are still worth it.
word, this video is like 5 years old so yeah it's not surprising that it's not really relevant anymore. pros are nice, but I wouldn't drop 400-500 on them. like i told someone else, id get a pair of bose or something if you actually want the sound quality
