Just figured something out. Plug your beats in to charge and press both the power button and the volume down on your beats until it shows on your phone as new device. Then connect it and just leave it charged till you need it.
Had mine for about 3 months now left side stopped working for a while plugged in a headphone jack worked fine for a few months just started using them wirelessly again seems to be working fine now stock up on extra headphone jacks if needed 😊😊❤
Dude I dropped it in the rain (it stayed there for 2 days). Than I put it in the dryer (it was in a bag I didn’t know it was there). AND IT STILL WORKS PERFECTLY FINE
I jus had to throw mine in the trash cs the right side stopped working the right side messed up the left to so no audio out of both nd I just got them a few weeks ago never dropped them
I have them also got them December 9th I am extremely ocd and a neat freak and I take incredible care of anything I own and mine already are not working yesterday all the sudden the left side doesn't work or have sound.
I had a pair like that for around a year, and one day, they barely make any sound when connected, and sometimes switches to normal volume for around half a second I tried to fix them,but even doing nothing makes it worse, so I gave up
Y’all with broken ones prob just have defecting product, I had mine for 3 years and I’ve dropped them so much and I didn’t really care about them. They finally stopped charging but they should work when I install a new charging port
I had beats for some months and I just realized how to make the sound quieter so pres the beats logo one time to pause and press 2 times fast to skip the music then the circle around the beat circle tap it under to lower volume and the top is to higher volume
My daughter got hers for Christmas 2023 and now we’re in 2024 and they are doing the same thing can anyone help me and they won’t stay connected to her phone or mine HELP PLEASE
Bro i havent had mine for long, they were perfectly fine, and out of absolutely nowhere i try to use them today and neither side works unless its turned perfectly and even then only the right side works if i have it positioned right.
Mines not working too with the other side being low and sometimes not turning on or showing the right charge. For 200 I got a discount at around 115, but still. I had money to buy JBL or even a 50 dollar headphone that is prob more sturdy but less audio. Should have saved money…
the right side of mine is like cutting out so i have to press all around the head band, where the wires are or whatever to make the right side start to work. Please let me know about a. PERMANENT fix please🙏🏾
Yeah still have mines they don same they connect and disconnect so I left then alone for like 2 years sand it’s still doing the same connect for a second then disconnect or for a couple of minutes then longer so annoying but I like then because there louder than my AirPods Pro’s but their busted
Do they work good with phone calls as far as being clearly heard by the person your talking too and able to hear them clearly.....how good does that work
Y’all just irresponsible or got defect ones been had mines the same black ones since 9th grade no problems whats so ever I workout in them wear them on game days and everything good sound quality too
Anybody use them with ya PS5 ? I don’t know what seems to be the issue but sometimes the sound goes out completely, only way to make them work is turning off the controller. Also other times I can hear but my friends don’t hear me. ( connected with the wire)
