I bought them and love there everyday use and feel. The easiness on the ears. The really low profile. Style is compact and minimalist. I’m not fully decided but I did feel the ANC WAS weak at the gym one specific day where the speakers were pumping music right over my head and felt that I had turn the volume up too high to where it would be hurtful to my ears so ended up straining just trying to watch a movie. Which gives me doubts of they’re ANC on airplanes, I’m hopeful this ANC processing your talking about kicks in because I love every other part of they’re usage and would prefer to keep them vs the 2nd gen pros which I’ve had and returned. I got the beats plus on sale at Costco with AppleCare for 130$ so I hope they work for me.
I know this is a minor detail but can you comment on the material/feel of the case? Is it the same as the first gen? I have been using the first gen studio buds since release and my one complaint was just the case was so slick. These are a tempting upgrade for battery life and improved ANC alone in my opinion
Mark, I see you biking in the video, what about the wind noise? do they pick up a lot of noise for wind rushing around it? I love to bike but im searching for some who can work with the wind noise. Great video :D
Awesome review! One of the first tech channels I subbed to back in like 2010 haha. How does the sound quality compare to 1st gen and 2nd Airpod Pros? I prefer the look of these, but do value sound quality more so not sure which to upgrade to. Thanks
Can it switch between apple and android device ? Like between a mac and android phone ? Or it is just between android or apple but not both at the same time
They’ve done transparent products decades ago. The iMac was originally transparent. Same with some of their mice. The iBook laptop was also transparent. They were more of a “frosted” translucent rather than super clearly like Nothing’s products. These beats are exactly like those older products, frosted not clear.
This or the Sony xm5 earbuds? I'm not a huge audiophile but I like my music to sound a little upbeat if you know what I mean. I will really appreciate your responses. And if you do suggest the XM 5 over the studiobuds plus, is the difference in sound quality night and day? By the way, all other things like ANC, wireless charging etc is just fluff to me. I just want good sound. Help me decide please ?
i have same problem deciding. What i need is good sound/base and good mic because I have loads of calls. Seems Beats has better mic and Sony everything else.
Wasnt feeling these. I sleep with mine on and the buttons kept getting pushed. Other than that ive been sticking with “wired” wireless buds as it feels like tge battery lasts MUCH longer
The Thumbnail tbh scared the shit out of me: like you would have an implant or what. Man, don‘t scare me like that! I was afraid you ripped your arm and need some implant now! 😢
Watched a few reviews on RU-vid, including this one and decided to buy them from Amazon. Will be returning them asap. Terrible sound and anc. I would not recommend anyone to buy them
