I just discover this channel and until this moment, I've liked the music... I'm in hard moments right now, anxiety, depression; I feel uncomfortable with everyone, every day is a new challenge, I don't know what to do and sometimes I feel I can't anymore... this songs make me feel relaxed and I know that someday, I'll go out from this. This reminds me of my first year abroad. Totally new to the wider world as a solo traveller, trekking the mountains, meeting all sorts of people, dealing with the newfound stresses of adulthood for the first time by myself, hitchhiking, taking baths in cold lakes, roughing it and eating all sorts of food. Also, fires, campfires and fireplaces. Temporary friendships and romances. So. Much. Beautiful. Breathtaking. Nature. Gosh. What a time.

You know, I made a friend in Turkey not so long ago. She's dealing with depression and I'm worried about her. She's been acting strange lately and I hope she's not thinking to much over something that can be solved (I guess, I've been there too and I know it's hella difficult), so... In my experience I felt very similar and experienced that feeling a lot more in my twenties now in my early thirties I believe it's the fact you are an old soul and you remember lifetimes that you've lived in many different cultures so you feel that need to travel to them... Listen times might be tough and in all honesty there might not be anyone around you that loves you in a self giving way, not a romantic way cause even that is not as true as self-giving love. BUT even if no one loves you....you need to love them, you need to give your life for others no matter how hard the work is, no matter how long the days get, and you need to do so in a genuine way and not seeking praise for your actions. If you start loving people in this way you will suffer, but it will be glorious and the most joyous thing you will ever do, watching another human being grow, and prosper in happiness. In the end maybe from you loving them they will see the truth as well and love others. This is what gives life it's meaning this is what one should strive after. Lay your life down for another, and I am not saying die for them, that is easy, the harder path is giving oneself to another while alive. If you reflect on this and study this I am sure you can find the truth.
