James Blunt has such a masterful ability in being able to squeeze every bit of emotion out of a song. The subject matter he sings about wouldn't be sang about from many other artists, especially when it hits so close to home.

2 suggestions for songs: Home Free's cover of Man of Constant Sorrow, a song over a century old, but probably best known from the movie O Brother Where Art Thou. When listening, keep in mind that this is acapella, so all sounds came from their own bodies. NF's song How Could You Leave Us? NF raps and sings about his mother's drug addiction in this and it is heart-wrenching.
