I am an married Sydney boy living in Bangkok, and when you moved to Bang Saray and watching your videos, I visited the place a few times and absolutely loved it. Since then I am trying to convince the Mrs to buy a house there as a getaway. And yes, each time my eyes were out looking for maxine and the ute.

Nice tour & promo of your condo there in beautiful B Saray….looks great!! Even tho the building is a big blot on the landscape & out of place on the beach front the condo is very nicely designed & modern style. Too high floor for me but great views. The navy beaches look idyllic n good to get away from noisy polluted Pattaya. Cud be in worse places!! 🤔😉😎

Nice condo, good size (for a single guy) and a balcony with a great view overlooking the beach and Pattaya in the distance. 👍👍👍The (small) size of the kitchen for me is almost irrelevant as long as there is a big fridge. 🍺🍺🍺 I bet your potential new condo is that one (you showed some month ago) in Na Jomtien with your own private jet ski parking. 🤔

Hey Jason, when you said you were considering another condo, I was surprised to hear that in Thailand, getting someone to take over your lease is an option. That's good to know, because here in the UK you're tied-in to your lease for a minimum of 6 months - you can't transfer it to someone else as far as I'm aware. Can't wait to hear about the other condo & the jet ski.

For me, one of the better things about leaving Australia is not getting Australian TV. Your pronunciation of Del Mare is correct. Mare isn't pronounced like the female horse.
