Просто проснулся и пытался снова заснуть ... Я борюсь с депрессией с 12 лет, а сейчас, когда пандемия, мне трудно жить нормальной жизнью. У меня не было мотивации учиться, иметь распорядок дня или сохранять какие-либо хобби и привычки. Я стараюсь и чувствую, что это все, что я могу сделать. То, что должно было быть легким, сейчас для меня чрезвычайно сложно. Я надеюсь, что эта музыка сделает мою жизнь немного лучше. Всем, кто читает это, хорошего дня.

I don’t even know how to express how much my old ass should be on this beach right now and not in Kentucky taking cold showers to cool off. I have to say, this is my favorite scenic relaxation video. The camera is in a perfect location to make you feel like you’re there with your feet in the water, and you can see the turquoise ocean unobstructed into infinity. I also really like it because it looks like it’s 30 minutes before it starts looping. This is so critical because it adds to the authenticity of the experience. You get to see different shadows and all the different cloud and wave formations. It’s absolutely marvelous. Well done 👍
