Just got one a few weeks ago myself, but it’s not super easy to play if you want to be tonal. If you’re just playing it on its own or with a drone, you can make some magic fast, but to use it the way I want to is going to take a lot of practice, I think. Can’t wait to be able to coax all the sounds I want out of it!

Yeah, all bowed instruments take 40 hours a day to get good at, I’ve heard 😅 A loooot of practise, good intonation and refined muscle memory. I really vibed with it though.

Yeah...I had no way to hear but I'm familiar enough with the Cosmos to know what might work. I was happy to hear the final result.

750 eur +VAT from SOMA EU, they rounded it up for 1200 for me. Bought it through other methods for only 660 total, but now this option is unavailable

Woow, 900 Euro for a boxless two string cigar box guitar - and people are actually buying it. What the frikkin frikk?! SOMA's real craft is marketing, not instrument building.

It has somwehat original pickup system (not your run of the mill guitar pickup). It's hand made. And yeah - marketing it's great part of it and SOMA is good at marketing.
