Hinged roof - really fascinating set up

I love Cap Cod Homes. If I was to use this company there will be items mandated by me for energy efficiency. Items are 2x6 stud outside walls to include the roof using the Zep (5/8th thick) system along with covering sealing tape. This creates the best (Gold standard) thermal break barrier. Inside walls will use Rockwool sound insulation. Outer walls will use R19. The roof will use Smartshield 3MM reflective follow by R-19. Pet pees are no wire racks for shelving, no fiberglass tubs, porcelain shrinks, cast iron tubes with a backsplash that will end at the ceiling, tile floors in all bathrooms and laundry room, vinyl flooring in all rooms, to include closets, the roof will be metal. Anderson double-hung windows will be used.

it could just be the camera ..but that master bath is silly huge...liked the roof idea...will it have crossing beams for wind strength

I like the high flat ceilings but the overall house is way too big and odds are 3 people will be living in the house.
