Great job. I once had a guy call me Friday night at 9pm telling me he had new tenants coming Saturday morning and needed a clean. I was settled and didn’t really want to do it but after 5 minutes of talking he told me the amount of rooms and I told him i could help him out for the same night for $250 (this was the regular price for the size of work he told me over the phone, I didn’t quote more for last second work). He replied “Can you do it all for $100.” I told him forget it and put the phone down. He called back straight away and said ok I will give you $250. I told him I was no longer interested in helping him and he needs to find someone else. If people don’t appreciate my time i cannot help them. It’s a simple as that.
