At 74 I am immobile and needing a walker. My beloved forest is somewhere in the past and hopefully in the future after an operation. I don't usually comment on white noise videos but this one warrants a comment. This is the best white noise video I have ever used for studying. I have gone through my fair share of lofi music, classical music, tv-static-like white noise, rain sounds, waterfall sounds, and binaural beats, but this video is the only one that I have been able to tune out while it keeps me tuned in, if that makes sense. I forgot it was playing until I saw the RU-vid tab open. I have bipolar, depression, and autism, all of which make my focus non-existent and make me feel super overwhelmed when I try to work. This video eased all of that. Thank you so much for posting

Thank you for this music. At this moment, my spouse who has Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's is in the hospital, having fallen and cracked his head open. Blood everywhere! I've never felt so anxious and stressed out in my life. This music truly is therapy. This music and my golden retriever are keeping me sane.

I remember best advice I got from my Gynecologist on my 1st pregnancy was to try and relax as much as possible. If I liked reading to read lots of books and when doing so listen to classical and relaxation music. When you give birth put on classical music for baby helps them sleep better. I followed his recommendations as it also would help,them to develop their intellect. I had 2 a boy and a girl. When they were babies I always placed classical music and they slept throughout it. My children were straight A students from kindergarten until high school. Due to this had grant checks every years for a 4.0 GPA. I did great in college studying while listening to music like this. Both graduated before time as they skipped a grade. Now adults wonderful citizens,great jobs,great husband / wife and parents. With old fashion great moral values. I wish you all the best. It helped me can help you too.
