I went to Lagos and i'm sorry but Lagos is not on the top cities in Africa. A lot of cities in Africa are more beautiful and livable than Lagos. For a better city of Lagos, you should not just build bridge, but build a subway system because of the population of Lagos which very high. Check the constructions in the city. Create more residential places, it is very important. plant trees. Create green spaces for 20 millions of people which means a lot. Have non-corrupt police. I went to nigeria with my friend who is cameroonians originary from Nigeria but even him found Yaoundé more livable than Lagos. On the other hand, Abuja it's fantastic.
