I like these kind of battles in quiet unassuming locations, with lots of buildings to collapse from stray tank fire. I must be a born arsonist or something.

Hate be be a history nerd. but this would have made more sense with British paras, as the SS was fighting them, not the US. Also, it wouldn't be the 2nd Armored as they weren't landed until much later. It would be independent tank battalions attached to the 4th Infantry. Also, M4A3E8 were not utilized in mid 1944. Sorry for the criticism, but I know you appreciate history. Great video.
you need to control the AI sometimes because the tiger gets shot they go to engage them another tank shots it and it goes for that one the AI cant make up there minds
117 Sandman he did that in the old time, but some dudes complained about it and said it destroyed the balance of the battle, so he stopped doing it now
Every time their is a Tiger on the field, it always dies at the beginning of the video, at least in resent videos, and most of the time it dies of a flipping bazooka
Should've made it a Koingstiger (Tiger II / King Tiger). Of course, it would probably be destroyed by some random, impossible bazooka shot which hits perfectly in the front armour.
We really need an "Improved AI" mod.... Like it is annoying how derpy AI controlled tanks are. They just advance without infantry support straight into infantry with AT weapons and just die. It'd be nice to see more logical AI tactics
Holy shit! Please make more of this sort of battles! Love seeing terrain/buildings with no scars from war become a battlefield and get absolutly wrecked! Use missile artillery next time!

Hey Diplex, you should make a small infantry scenario that you believe is fair and run it 3 times to show how different outcomes can happen every time. Best 2 out of 3 wins.
diplex a battle idea is do the battle of tali ihantala in Finland during ww2 in 1944. Battle of tali ihantala was the battle that made Stalin think that Finland was to expensive to take and saved Finland. Finnish, Swedish (Volunteers), and German units are pitched against the soviet Leningrad army and some units that fought in Stalingrad. (For extra details there is movie that is great of the battle called tali ihantala 1944). like so diplex can see :)
I really wish you'd do another 40k video. Maybe have the Imperial Guard defend, or attack, a complex from the Chaos Space Marines with maybe a few Space Marines joining the IG in the fight.
I'd think it would be cool to have a no commentary or HUD consistent battle with thematic music. It starts off with the something like the intro we have here and shows the defending base and then shows what the attacking force is packing before the battle starts as they approach what they are attack but unlike the intro here, it doesn't cut out and we get to watch the whole battle after that with continued thematic battle music and panning non-jittery close ups of the first attack and the rest that ensue till one side is victorious. I'd personally enjoy that much more but perhaps that is not what your interested in making or its to inconvenient and time wasting.
