This video is about DIY wedding seating chart, DIY wedding name plates, and DIY bridal shower activities and games. This video was a long project in the making, over a couple weeks as I helped prep for my sister-in-law’s wedding. It was tough to edit because I was working on parts of different projects on the same day so I tried to move around clips to make it as easy to follow as possible. I hope you enjoy this video! Love how detailed this video is!! I am planning to do the wine cork name cards as well! I was not going to do the seating chart, just going to put their table number on their card. Do you think the seating chart is a must? May wedding here! ☺️

I think that’s a great idea! You can set all the corks and cards up on one table in the front and divided by table, Maybe put a cute sign in a picture frame like, “find your card, then find your seat!” But something cuter...I bet Pinterest has some ideas on that part! And then organize all the cards like first row of cards all labeled for table one, second row for table two, third row for table three etc. that way it’s easy to find. I’ve seen no table charts or organization, just names at the tables and it was chaos, everyone scouting every seat trying to find their name ! Haha At the front or back of each row, you could always add another cute picture frame with the table number on it to help make it cuter and even more clear for everyone! Also, CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement!! 🎉🎉

Thank you! Honestly I have no idea, I got it at goodwill so there wasn’t the usual sticker that tells you the frame size like in a store :/ But if I had to guess, maybe 2.5ft X 3.5Ft

Quick question! I loved your method for the place cards. Honestly you’re a genius!! 🤯 I couldn’t figure out how to print the names on the place cards without having to buy them done on Etsy. My only question is does staples offer different colored paper instead of them being all white? I was planning to do a blush pink but I didn’t see an option to choose a paper color or do I have to buy a template with the color already? Sorry first time DIYing and your video helped so much!

Hello, hello! So I did have to buy this on Etsy, but you guy it once and have forever. I think it was only about $10. You can print it on any color paper, the template just has the words and if there is any artwork, like greenery or something. As for the paper, you can choose the paper and color on staples but if they don’t have what you want, you can also go find your own paper and bring it in for them to use.

Thank you! The font situation is very weird.. they didn’t have names, they just said the same few words and you scroll down until you like how it looks in that particular font. Did you buy one of them? If so, let me know which and I can go count how many down I went on the options list!

On the template, when you go to print there are options for “trim lines” that shows you where to make cuts and they are all the same size that way!

Every Etsy shop may vary because they may use different programs. For the particular one I used though, when you finish editing, on the left side where it shows all the pages, there’s a button to save changes and one to download. You click download, select file type as PDF and click next, I left the paper size alone and then there are boxes to show bleed, show trim marks and print multiples per page if possible. That’s where you can click to show trim marks. I chose that one and the multiples per page. I just didn’t do show bleed. I hope this helps!

We did individually wrapped specialty cookies. They were silver and light blue frosted diamond engagement ring shaped cookies with our wedding date on them, they were beautiful! We found the local specialty baker on Instagram! I’ve also heard of little photo booths and their photos are the take home. I’ve seen dessert or candy bars and little bags where they can put together their own goodie bags. I’ve seen cute hand made little candles in antique mismatch teacups (from vintage or thrift stores). I’ve seen wine stoppers or bottle openers engraved with the bride and grooms initials, the wedding date or word “love” (you can find bulk for $1-2 each online depending on how many you get).

I’ve also seen mini champagne bottles with a cute note tied around the neck of the bottle with something like “Pop the bubbly, we are getting married!” Or “he popped the question, now we pop the bubbly!”
