Hi everyone I hope you are well this is Tansy from Tansy Forrest Hypnotherapy. Today I have prepared for you a recording on Hypnosis for Sleep and Healing with softly spoken words by my beautiful female voice.

I personally use all my sleep recordings if I have had a stressful day and really want to unwind and get in a lovely peaceful slumber. The best thing is in the morning I always wake refreshed and feeling so calm ready to begin my day. This sleep hypnosis includes an effective hypnotic induction, clinical hypnotherapy sleep techniques, and a full body healing visualisation to heal your mind and body while you sleep at night.
