No. The laundry room is in the basement, and the elevator does not go down that far. Also, while there are plenty of people who like 'Brick Georgian' exteriors, and while there are plenty of people who like (eclectic, and endearingly haimish) French-style interiors, there are fewer people who like BOTH - particularly in the same house. DW and I are among the Georgian-intolerant group.

A lot of the excess housing inventory is being snapped-up, in recent weeks - simply because we're faced with either hyperinflation or a currency devaluation, and people are looking for places to park their money before it evaporates. 15 CPW has seen a few of its units FINALLY go into contract, within the last month or so, for example.
