Hey Thank you! We are located in Warroad Minnesota

We are a small company so the biggest we like to go is 2500 square feet. We build the shell here then we deliver and set it up for you as well. We don't do kits everything we do is hand scribed and cut out with a chainsaw. How big of a cabin you looking for? I can give you a price estimate

@@phillipeloghomes i was thinking, 16x36 with half loft and shed dormer. 12x24 shed roof off the back. 8 ft Porch half porch across the front and 12 ft on the end of the cabin.

The 16x36 log shell would be $21,000 but the roofs and porch we don't do. We only do those if the cabin is close by where we live

We don't do any financing.
