That first silhouette is emblematic. Dancing before a brutalist city landscape, the act of it is a "beautiful lie" challenging a harsh reality. To dance alone before a cold and uncaring universe is a representation of what humanity entails. We don't know what happened to op these years, but we will always know that once he was young and danced like a pro. How big is that. It makes me feel connected to everyone. Sry im high
This video is pure magic . The music , the dancemoves , the ambience , the background , everything . Used to watch this video on MDMA a lot . Nothing but love for this video
Hello, stookahmon7102, I can definitely feel your perspective because I have "grown up" on B-complex, and I am from Slovakia. I have never had MDMA, and I am quite curious about your genuine feelings regarding this music video. Do you consider MDMA good or evil? Has it enriched you in some peculiar way? I like your baldness about your MDMA usage.I think a video is quite cool, I like the simplicity, liveliness and the visual contrasts which are very obvious. Have you had MDMA of the purest quality? E.g., the highest quality coke is the iridescent cocaine, 99% purity, which is gleaming to all directions - not so easily obtained in a capitalist space. 100% purity is currently considered to be impossible to achieve. Thus, the highest quality cocaine is not "a white powder", and it it is not supposed to "line" it. In reality, 1 cm of the highest quality iridescent coke is pretty enough to cause "a memorable effect". I am just curious about your genuine evaluation and feelings, since you have been so bald about your MDMA usage :-).
Bruv, it's been about 10 years now and this is still one of my favourite DnB songs, one of the songs that got me into DnB, and this video has taught me how to dance to DnB and has always been my fallback to getting back into dancing to DnB. Thanks for making this, and thanks to B-Complex for not taking it down due to copyright BS. 10 years still my No.1 DnB song and vid, massive thanks!
11 years i am looking to this. greetings from germany. paddy must have grown old :) the movement is awesome. tried by myself and it only hurts im 40 i think i shouldnt do such things :)
Discovered you when I was 15 and got into DNB. 10 years later I still remember this vid out my mind. Don't really know why or how. Wherever you are and whatever you do, hope you're good and still steppin'. Jah bless brother.
The video is so well made, i feel like if i was in there live ,watching them dancing and smelling the fresh smell of a chill late evening. OFC while this song going on in the background. D'n'B for life !
The good old days when I discovered dnb step in 2009 and dancing was everything to me at that time, there was a great community of people from my country and a website where we posted our videos, everyone wanted to have their own style and a lot of people really had it, great nostalgia for simpler times!
Been so long, and I wellcome you like a long lost brother... so many night's ago when we where all hopped to this doing the steps... Always been my favorite Beautiful lies clip.
This is real DnB Step, the style I fell in love with so many years ago. DnB Step today is so violent and fast-paced compared to this smooth, glidy, goodness.
I am 31 in less than 2 months, i found out about this glorious track from this video 10-11 years ago, all of a sudden i feel old bro wtf hahaha. Still raving and dancing just now its techno main ganre, but still like old dnb traks. Peace
Today I thought I should listen to this track again..this one gave me power and freedom while I was studying to my final exam at uni. Now it's exactly 7 years when you uploaded. :D
So many dnb tracks bring back the cod4 promod nostalgia.. I will never get over that feeling. Playin cod4 and editing for youtube. Thats how i found the dnb and also the young dubstep scene at its peak. Kids today will never understand
I met this guy once, can't remember well but he is a very swell guy, and taught me how to step. Hes older and has a job though, so he can't do this that much and he forgot how to step a little bit but still, a veteran to me.
@@rolandvitai2212 hes from Slovakia, actually the hood where this video was shot is my home, just google Sásová - Rudohorská. But let me tell you, this place is a fucking gutter
bro i used to watch this video getting so "out of this planet" with my buddies. BIG memories watching this. DEFINITELY tried to dance like this as much as possible at all raves ive ever gone to This shit it DOPE. Love the whole "i gotta be dizzy to do this man" hahaha
Man,... watching this when I was 14 and now I'm fucking 27 turning 28 soon... hits hard knowing that 13 years have passed so damn fast and we're only getting older, reminiscing in old times and wish we could go back...
Wow, i had watched this 2009 unlimited Times. It was new, fresh, cool. Lost the Video and searched it many times. Today i found it again, unbelievable. Still cool as f$$$
i'm watching this about 8 years over and over again when i'm really nice stoned...and right now i realized why poddy's dance hypnotised me for so many years (one broken-heart day i was watching it for over 2h). the contrast between poddy and the background is just _awesome,_ the bright pants infront of the dark mountainline and the dark hoody infront of the bright sky, all in this magical twilight - this vid isn't just an eargasm, it's a feast for the eyes too!
2018 and still the best dnb video up to date. That's the dnb step I love and got addicted to! You're video got me into dancing it myself.... Still loving it! Thanks man
I would really like to learn this style of dance, it is really fascinating the way he makes it. any good tips how to learn this dance? of course youtube tutorials i'm sure help but is there any class you took around dnb steps?
@@Jogador212 I've just been learning of RU-vid tutorials too... It really helps to film yourself or be in fron of a mirror or reflection so you can see yourself.. That really helped me a lot to see if I'm doing it right or not
Hi there. In short, i think that this is neithet oldschool style nor newschool. Basically, this step is based on feeling the music and this may be freedtyle. Thus, this cant be named like --style. this is just rocking. Sorry for my wrong analysis and English!
Holy shit! This song randomly played on my Liquicity Playlist with like 700 songs on it and I immediately had to think of this video as it was the first time I heard the song... Memories man, this video is already so old but still fucking great!
Wow, you are the best Stepper i've seen yet! All of the others i've watched are really sharp and jaunty, but what you do seems to just... flow so damn well. Great, great stepping with a truly beautiful tune to boot. This video made my day. :)
This brings so many moments... That sunday afternoon feeling during school times. Playing that game after school. Reading that book. Trying to learn dnb step and other dances from youtube videos.
I saw this video 10+ years ago. Still listen to DNB and other hardtyle, terror core etc music. I played this song for me and my wifes baby while she was still in eutro. My daughter is now two months old and she was crying and i played this song for her and she stopped crying as soon as the break came in. I am amazed shes gonna be a eletronic music addict like her dad apparenty 😂
