while she isn't "skinny", she isn't what would be considered "fat". she MIGHT be a little overweight but it's possible she has recently had a baby. in that case, her slightly increased weight would be normal.

a 5 second jolt brings most people to the floor due to the automatic muscle relaxation that happens after the tase ends. it takes some serious concentration to keep from being floored. not to mention a high tolerance to pain. years ago, i had a military friend hit me with a 5 second jolt. even knowing about needing to concentrate on standing, i still ended up on my hands and knees.

Not to be a super touchy feminist or anything, but I think the title should say something like "Brave" or "Strong" instead of beautiful. It doesn't matter how beautiful someone is for them to be awesome 😊 Just because she's a woman doesn't mean she should be labeled anything else. Just my opinion :)
Give her a full deployment instead of just the gator clips. Things will turn out a little different. If you must use gator clips be sure to split the belt line INSTRUCTOR.

But neither does the acquisition of washboard abs...I ought to know..I have that....but as a military leader...well, let's just say I suck even at battleship :p Oh and she's not "obese"...she's a little chubby...but look at her spirit..got tased and popped right back up...I'd rather have her watching my six than some guy with bugling biceps and a low pain threshold
She is in her early twenties and she is that overweight, she's going to be useless in the field. Self discipline, endurance, and mental toughness is what counts, and someone who can't manage their weight can't cut it. That is why the military has weight standards and PT standards. She's a cadet, young, and at the peak of her motivation, and she's a butterball. It will only be downhill from here. Getting Tazed doesn't prove anything, BTW. It affects people differently, and has nothing to do with will or determination.
I Don not know the point of this training, every time will be the same body reaction, even if you knew it is coming, you can't not do a thing about it as long as it is reflexive
