@@brandonfauls229 well , there are many ways to build a highway , but, mostly in third world, many are built due to corruption , and they choose the worst alternative and the most expensive......Do not argue these points, cause i'm a civil engineer from a 3rd world corrupt country......that amount of material in the vídeo is insane,...You can of course build a highway with millions of cubic meters of material trough the whole Amazon.( For example)..but ..would that be the Best alternative? Is it worthed?
