Cash is always the best way to have the transaction go smoothly. There are a lot of Florida homes in this area that are not in a Flood zone.

A lot of buyers are coming from the NY area so a warm location anywhere in Florida makes people happy. I love Orlando because you can get anywhere in Florida in a matter of a few hours.
