I played this for my grandmother during hospice care. She wanted to go to the ocean one last time before she passed. She was already sleeping hard from the morphine but I know she was able to hear this. I hope this brought her comfort and reminded her of her youth. @Soothing Relaxation Music - Wondering if you are doing any better a year latter ? You are not useless , if you could really know that ! Have you considered finding a therapist to work through these issues with? Also regular mediation, if you can stick to the same time every day, even if just 10 minutes (start with 5 at first if 10 seems too daunting ), be very healing as well . Love ❤️. And repeat to yourself “I am love , I am peace , I am happiness” -and your words will become the truth! (Also for the other version : “I radiate ...”).

Hello stranger, very pleased to meet you. I am from India, and currently a student of 10th standard. This lockdown days have really been very enjoyable with my family, but very depressing as well. Seeing people lose their lives everyday isn't easy. Amidst of this pandemic border issues with China has heated up as well, and that's the very last thing I wanted. Recent encounter with the Chinese army has been depressing as well, our 20 soldiers lost their lives. Whenever I come to RU-vid, India China border conflicts is always the heated topic. I can see people posting hate comments from both sides, which really makes me sad, after all I never want people to abuse each other. War is horrible. And I never had any grudges against China, it's because of some people a country gets a bad name. This world was never a peaceful place. And sometimes I wish I was never born here. Btw this comment section is very peaceful, and I feel very comfortable here. Sorry for my boring lecture. And best of luck for ur future 😊😊

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, ima wake up tomorrow morning, maybe get some exercise and do some videos for my RU-vid channel, while I wait for school to start.
