There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple design to the different fruit and vegetable.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving design for larger display
Advanced Level - How to carve Rose flower and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit and Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkins.

I bought my knives a long time ago from Thailand. You can buy it from eBay - searching for bird's beak fruit & vegetable carving knife Thailand. I saw they sell in a set of three yellow handle knives. Thank you very much :)

You can also "fill" the flower with blue berries, strawberries, mixed fruit.... for extra special treat and look....and top with whipped creme. Go crazy with it....lol. Awesome videos thank you so much...
