I'm sharing 3 easy, delicious and satisfying meals to kickstart your summer! No need to heat up the oven or stovetop, these are all raw, healthy meals!
Wraps Recipe:
2 cups pf veggies from juice pulp or grated (any veggies will work, I used carrot, celery and collard greens)
2 tablespoons each chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk ( or 6 tablespoons of chia or flax)
3/4 cup water or 2 medium tomatoes
salt to taste or add in seasoning blend
blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender, spread onto dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper or silicone pad, dehydrate for 5-6 hours, or until desired flexibility, flip over at halfway point.
Raw Cream Cheese:
1/2 cup raw soaked cashews
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
