Belle asking "What's a 'Merlin'?". Even if she doesn't remember him personally from the valley for magic reasons, as if a reader like Belle wouldn't have come across his name in stories before.

I feel like I say this every time, but definitely wouldn't mind seeing more Dreamlight Valley streams beyond just showing off a new character being added because there's still so much of the base stuff still left uncovered. Not just unlocking the remaining areas (and the characters locked away within them) but even just all the little miscellaneous quests that also unlock characters like the Minnie and Stitch quests.

I wondered if Gabs would jump on and make a vid on this, and am glad to see I wasn't disappointed. Also, I'm not sure if it corresponds to size of your house to allow storage outside, but what I've done is build a chest next to Goofy's stall in each area and plant all available seeds in their particular areas so you can store and harvest close to each other. It also gives access to all those storage chest ingredients when you're cooking.

when I tell you I SCREAMED when the update came out- 1: Beauty and the Beast is my top favorite Disney film and seeing Beast and Belle get released ignites so much feral joy in my soul. 2: the Spooky Season stuff you can get in the shop😩 Nightmare Before Christmas is my second fav and getting the Jack suit had me foaming at the mouth

If you do a episode of just following quest you will probably get a good amount of the dreamlight and have a more chill time.

I did want to mention Gabs! When you eat meals and stuff it makes you go a little faster and gives extra energy. It shines gold than blue! I’m sure you knew that, but I just see you never eat your food and I’m like: YOU COULD GET SOME MUCH MORE ENERGY. You need to cook food in order to gain the extra energy but all in all worth it ❤

it's so good to see you playing this game again! i've been playing basically every day for months and i only found out about it because of your playthrough. here's a few suggestions, if you'd like. stop reading now if you don't want them. about your stamina, if you eat cooked food, you can get twice the amount of stamina and while you have the extra stamina (shown as a yellow bar overlapping your regular stamina) you can walk faster and sprint. i like to make lobster roll for fully refilling my stamina from zero to full extra stamina and supplement with easy snacks like fruit salad or caramel apples. For making money, you best option you currently have from my experience is probably growing and harvesting canola, but a better option would definitely be okra if you can get goofy's stall upgraded. it may seem a bit expensive at first if you compare the price of seeds vs the sellback price of okra, but each seed gives you 3 okra so it's well worth it, not to mention any extra you get from harvesting with a gardening buddy. it also grows fast and only needs watered once. i think someone mentioned it in your stream during this video, but the current best is pumpkins, which can be purchased from goofy's stand in the forgotten lands. it's a set it and forget it crop, it takes a while to grow, but the cost at the end is worth it. you could just sell them as is, or you could make more money per pumpkin by making pumpkin soup with 1 ginger (forgotten lands), 1 milk, and 2 pumpkins. i know you have plenty of moonstones, but if you ever run low and want to get more without spending irl money, those navy blue chests with 50 moonstones in them appear once a day in random areas of the valley. there's also the new decorating competition that happens every 5 days that can be found in the event tab. you get a theme to either create an outfit around or decorate an area with, take a photo, and submit for other people to vote on. voting gets you up to 50 moonstones and participating gets you at least a couple thousand depending on the amount of votes you get. less a tip and more just pointing out something you may like, there's 2 bundles in the shop right now that have special quests and items in them, one revolves around a dapper wall-e and the other gives ursula her human form. might want to check them out next time you play the game.

Huge tip my dear... just make tons of boxes, bigger boxes you just make them, they dont upgrade.. Just stash everything, anything you craft is just taken from your boxes, just keep quest items on you, a clean inventory is very helpful. ;) (I have SOOO many boxes, I have differnt rooms for every type of item.. a flower room, a cooking room, a rock/gem room etc.) ;p

What a nice way to relax after a long day !

When you are gardening, mining, digging ,ect always have a that skilled buddy hanging out with you. You assign each character to a skill and when you do those things it not only helps level them up but you get extra stuff. (Example- if you are gardening have goofy hanging out with you. I think that's what you put him for lol. you will Get extra of whatever you are harvesting and he will continue to level up. :). It helps a lot to make money mining when your selling Gems as well.

For fishing Basic colour is the regular fish, blue and gold is the harder fish to get/seafood

Canola is your best money making crop until you unlock the Forgotten Lands & can buy Pumpkin seeds! I have all my characters set to Gardening as their skill so when I need to level them up I just plant a butt load of Pumpkins and watch the money pile in lol

Is anyone having troubles with Scrooge’s grand reopening quest? Every time I craft a sign, it shows I haven’t crafted any on the quest. I started a new game and it didn’t fix it. I tried a different crafting station, placing and removing them and nothing fixes it. It seems that no one has had this specific issue with this quest yet

Love raw white mushrooms also, there is a local place that makes a sliced raw mushroom salad with a raspberry vinaigrette I adore.
