About Me:
Hi, I'm Louise! I started this channel in 2010 after readers of my blog (also called Sprinkle of Glitter) suggested I give RU-vid a try. I was instantly hooked and have found my internet playground on here. I make videos about beauty & fashion, positive living, motherhood, lifestyle and occasionally have special guests (friends, kittens or my sweet Daughters Darcy, 10 and Pearl, 3).

I love a Sunday dose of Louise. Don’t worry about videos being ‘perfect’, really life distractions and imperfections in your videos is what makes them more relatable and less choreographed... which personally I prefer. Hope you’re all okay and thank you for another video x

as i'm watching you talk about associating a lush product with a bad emotional time, i feel so seen. when i was in a psych ward lush donated some products so i got given some rose jam shower gel. it was such a lovely gesture, and miles better than the crap i had been using. i have PTSD from things that happened in hospital, and now when I smell rose jam it reminds me of it. lush generally is a bit iffy for me, even though i used to love it. i now see that's a bit silly - thank you for making me realise that. xxx

It feels like having a chat with a friend even though I'm not saying anything 😂 I use the blue foot cream from o'keefes and it's saved my feet big time, they've always been horrendously dry since my gymnast days and that's the only thing that's helped and I've tried everything!

@Grace Agreed! Plus there isn’t really anything you can do about sweaty feet, whereas you can at least apply lotions etc to help cement block feet. Sweaty is definitely worse!
