Can you do a video on protein in haircare? Like how to know hair porosity, how much protein is too much, a routine to get a good amount of protein and even how to identify it in products? I’ve heard that you need to be cautious with how much you use but don’t really know how to ensure I’m not using too much

Abby! Last time I watched you using the Pureology leave-in, I noticed that you sprayed it. I've also been using it for years. About a year ago I realized, its thick... why am I spraying it (other than the fact that that it has a nozzle lol)? I now spray several pumps into my hands, rub them together, then work it through my hair like a leave in cream. Huge difference! Way better coverage/spread = better protection. You HAVE to try it this way. Game-changer

Absolutely love the redken cleansing cream!!! I just finished a bottle of the “it’s a 10” leave in lite conditioner spray. This has been my favorite since high school (I’m 30 now). It’s so light weight but the way it leaves my hair is nothing short of amazing. You should try it and review it 😁
I love pureology (and Abbey) so tried a sample of Abbey's fav leave-in, emptied in this video. I agree about It's a 10. For me, it's the best and I am so grateful for it. I don't hear it being raved about and wonder why. Guess we're all so different. Dr Dray reviewed it I think, and said 'meh' Glad I'm not alone :)
I wish Oribé would've marketed the Hair Alchemy-line differently. I almost bought the products but luckily got my hands on samples. As you pointed out there's really not a massive difference between it and Gold Lust regarding claims and ingredients. But after testing the shampoo and conditioner I could conclude it wasn't hydrating enough for my hair. My hair felt dry and even more brittle. Oribé should somewhere in the description put that it's a lighter version of their other popular lines and made for fine and oily hair - where I see most of the positive reviews come from. Instead, they say it's "ultra-nourishing"... If that were true I wouldn't have needed a bottle of oil to combat the dryness after washing with the duo. I found the Gold Lust shampoo and conditioner to be a lot better, but the result is quite mediocre compared to other high-end brands that are slightly cheaper.

When you think you've finished a product especially in a squeeze bottle cut it open, you would be surprised how much is still in there, never waste a drop, you could easily get a few more uses or another week
I had the same experience with the Hempz moisturizer. Would never buy the one in the bear shape again because it is awful trying to get the product out!

ELSIE IS ADORABLE!!!! The Nudestix type of crayon was a fail for me. Taupe color is great (Sephora product version) but first one broke right away so second one I was very careful but when the tiny crayon got shorter it fell out and I couldn't put it back. The slanted end of the crayon is ideal for applying to brows and the color was perfect. Sure wish a brand would come up with one that has a sturdier crayon because I loved it.

I emptied the Tree Hut coffee scrub (which I bought under your influence) and had to buy another for me and for my dearest friends, 'cause every woman deserves such a delicious thing. I also tried the pumpkin and the Moroccan rose, but nothing compares to the coffee.

Could you do a deeper comparison between Ouai detox, k18, redken cream and the apple cider vinegar rinse? I’m currently tossing up which one to buy but I’m nervous the ACV rinse will be damaging as it’s an acid and after trying the redken Ph line I’m worried k18 will be too softening and not get rid of all my oils as I’m a once a week washer too.
