I love it so much. I still love the Sabon but can’t justify the price of a little bottle! Renpure is the best I have found so far!!

Vitamin D and magnesium are on my daily list. As someone who has menopause I've found these helpful along with turmeric and extra Vitamin c. I learned don't take vit D after 12 in the afternoon as it can affect your sleep. I have chosen not to take any prescriptions so I'm learning about good alternatives for the loss of estrogen. Dang, aging as a woman 👩 is hard.

Yes and I am on an estrogen blocker for 3.5 years because they found that I have atypical lobular that puts me at risk for breast cancer and my mom had it. I am sitting at 50% risk of it. With that med my skin is so dry. Definitely let me know if there is anything else you find that helps!!

I buy a gold colored anti bactierial hand soap from Dollar tree. I like the smell & just keep refilling another pump bottle. It isn't hard on my hands either.
