Hi Moniglam, Monetization of RU-vid channel is very difficult task. Accomplishing 4000 hours of watchtime and 1000 subscribes in 1 year is much harder than it sounds. But it is possible to monetize within 5-6 months by doing one secret technique. If it takes a long time to create a channel, it is not possible to achieve monetization by uploading more videos. If the views are not increased, the watch time and subscribe will not increase. Even if likes, comments, shares do not increase, views will not increase. So it is very important to focus on this matter without uploading more videos. Even if the channel is old, if the views cannot be grown, then the competition in the channel falls below millions channels. Then it is impossible to rise from there. So to turn on monetization, to generate good amount of revenue money, this is one thing that everyone can do for sure. If you don't increase the views by consistently making videos, all your efforts are in vain.

Problems I noticed in the channel's videos that you might find helpful to talk about...... 1. Create Suggest Score 6/20 2. Ranking tags are not used 3. Facebook did not share 4. Endscreen , Cards and chapters did not add 5. Title,description, tags are shots and high ranking tags are not used 6. Video SEO Score 0 /100 7. Video Title RU-vid Search Results 20/100 Apart from these there are many other issues which if solved quickly will increase your views and subscribes overnight.
