I end up with some hair care and skin care empties but Ive never understood how people can have makeup empties. I have been wearing makeup for longer than I am going to admit and up until less than a year ago I had never hit Pan or finished a makeup product the 1st makeup products I finished were both by realher and they were both eyebrow products, the best I've ever used. Eye am strong and Eye am inspiring
