reminder that a lot of these “hacks” are expensive, don’t work, or only look good on camera. you should always ask a dermatologist before messing with your skin with diy projects at home. if you use ice on your face, use it with some kind of cloth or barrier between it and your face because the direct temperature can damage your skin. the best way to do your makeup, feel confident in your makeup and enjoy doing it is to practice and do it yourself. your unique style is reflected in your makeup, it’s a way of expressing yourself. anything you do could be the next fun trend, color, neutrals, shades, crazy liner or no liner. however you do makeup is how you do YOUR makeup. YOU look good. you don’t have to follow trends or over line your lips or literally change your face and the way you live for beauty.

It's fun watching these, but keep in mind that some of these hacks don't work so don't be sad when they don't work on you! Everybody has different face shape, eye shape, lip shape and skin type. The best thing you could do is experiment and find your own hacks and what works best for you.

We're really at the point where we care more about physical beauty than body health. Sleeping on your back may be beneficial for your face, but sleeping on your right side is incredibly beneficial for your heart. It gives your heart a chance to rest and open up, vs sleeping on your left where it is burdened by the weight of your spine and body. Sleeping on your back isn't the worst, and works as an exception, but as a habit, sleeping on your right is the best.

Sleeping on your left side lowers high blood pressure. The doctor recommended I slept that way while pregnant if my bp started to rise.

Have you done any research to prove this? I've gone through several pages and articles and have found no disadvantages unless you're doing it for more than 15 minutes at a time and the girl in this video advised for only 1-2 minutes. Why do you think it's dangerous? (genuine question)

They don't really work for them either, they just have big lips already. If you watch carefully they always end up covering the lips countor with another lipstick. The best way to make your lips bigger is just to slightly overline your lips with a lip liner or a matte lipstick on a small brush. If you want to use gloss just put it on the center and avoid the borders so the overlining isn't too noticeable c:

Hack about the sheet masks if loose around face: Buy yourself a choker(not the lace or leather ones, but the "Tattoo choker"...I don't know the exact name) that stretches. Pull it under the jaw to the top of the head. This way you have something to keep your sheet mask on, and you have a stylish piece of jewelry.

5:50 please do NOT do that or tape your eyes like that, it’s literally yellow facing and asian people were mocked for centuries(and still very often are) for their eye shapes. doing “foxy” eyelining or use eyeshadow is ok but do NOT pull your hair like that or use tape. please.

I can’t stress this enough- we can’t *fully* achieve the “Bella Hadid lifted face” look because of her cosmetic work that’s been done. Her face has literally been lifted and no makeup can recreate that…. The makeup job itself is beautiful though.

@5:28 "That pimple doesn't matter. No one but you cares about it" That's not even true. There are many people with pimple who are being faceshamed because of having pimples. Do you get it? I am not minding my pimples, I'm just cleansing my face so the germs will be lessen or washed off but others still say to me "you have a pimple, maybe you blah blah blah" My point is, there are some people who will not care about someone's pimples BUT there are also people who will mind it or worst faceshame you for having pimples just like the bullies on the internet who likes to faceshame others most especially if the person have pimples.

Never sleep on your back!! Always sleep on your side! There are much greater health risks to back sleeping than having an “asymmetrical” face. You don’t breathe right, you don’t get as restful and restorative of sleep! Just switch sides if you’re really that worried!
