As someone who has been around and watched you grow since We Went Cunt, Ice Cream and Straight Boys, I'm actually extremely happy for you and how far you've come. Saw you on tour with Blood on the Dance Floor in Seattle at Studio 7 for my birthday. This album is such a memory throw back. I'm from Brazil and I've been following Jeffree since the MySpace era. I always listen to Miss Boombox, Prisoner, Get Away With Murder, Lollipop Luxury and back in time, my friends and I used to listen to your music after school. I've made a lot of friends on MySpace from all over the world, and it's crazy how far away we are and yet we create bonds that last a lifetime. When I think back to my youth, Jeffree is always there. Nowadays, if Jeffree released his music, he would win awards! Impeccable production, bop after bop - I consider you one of the precursors of what we consider hyperpop today. I remember being devastated when you left music, of course, for a number of reasons and I understand everything you went through, and I'm happy that you overcame all those challenges and achieved your success, building your makeup empire! i’ve always been a big fan of ur music so this is like a fever dream. iirc, the unreleased album was called “Concealer”, and i remember being so disappointed that it was never formally released fortunately though, we have ur released music along with “The Shit You Weren’t Supposed To Hear” also, i think Take A Bite would’ve been a great addition, since it was a track that never made it onto Beauty Killer

I can't believe I've been watching you for so long, not your whole career, I was only 1 when you started in 2005 😭 I remember listening to Beauty Killer and Prom Night in middle school, dressing up as you for celebrity day in 8th grade, receiving your palettes as gifts in high school, and now in college working as a makeup artist at a haunted trail using your products to get ready for work. say what you want about Jeffree Star, but you can't deny that his music & personality has always been AHEAD of its time since day 1! 'Beauty Killer' is such a legendary album, literally still on my playlist to this day!! even his older EPs like 'Plastic Surgery Slumber Party' or 'Cupcakes Taste Like Violence' still to this day sound like something that these TikTok kids trying to make & bring back these days. I even made a video analysis on his music lol. it's such a bummer that I couldn't witness that 'Warped Tour' era since I was born & raised in Russia but from what I can see in those archive videos IT WAS BEYOND LEGENDARY! xD

This video really hit home for me. I remember finding Jeffree on MySpace. I still till this day have both of my cds of Jeffrees and my old beauty killer hoodie that the cd came with! I vividly remember working out to Lollipop Luxury as a senior in high school. Trying to pump up my confidence with "So Fierce". While in hindsight the collab with BOTDF was regrettable the "sexting" remix with jeffree's "Just woke up and Taylor Swift is pissing in my mouth.." hits harder now more than ever. 😂
