Crazy to think about it huh? We imagine it being like big boy Lego but you literally have to think about lubricating every moving part, every torque value for hundreds or thousands of parts. I do wonder what that sponge is for though.
@@simracingyogi626 prevents the fuel from slushing around in corners, because you want to make sure the engine always gets its fuel. The g-forces and motions during a race can cause the fuel to move around in the tank and can cause the fuel pump to suck air instead of fuel, the course sponge prevents this
Designed, built & assembled like the finest Swiss watch. ....except rather then keep track of the time, this one’s built to beat everyone else’s time on the track.
6:26 I have a doubt for this part. It seems to be a 3d printing part, the surface is really roughness. Sometimes it's good, but I've never seen as this one. The airflow is a secret to have more power horses ...
@@ooXxDrUmMeRxXoo yes, I work in this sector, we make carbon components, it's all hand laminated, you can find something on youtube if you are looking for dry lay up carbon fiber
@@-upon-5097 thats awesome! I learned a lot about laminate techniques in a manufacturing course at College and am impressed. I'll definitely have try to replace some components using the method in my next build.
If this video dosnt skyrocket KTM riders dont know what will..Here in U.S i mean.new to bike world and dont see alot of them.My first choice was RC390 for first bike but couldnt get one close by..
After watching this, my small brothers conclusion :- The youngest - woah ! They building dinosaur 🦕🙄🤔 The younger - okay, I think I will stick to building computers. 😉 Me : are you guys really my brothers ? 🙄🧐🤔🤯
Heat from the exhaust, or maybe residual oils from assembly burning off after first startups. The sparks are from unburned fuel igniting in the exhaust probably

When you have all the parts there it's the most relaxing thing in the world. When you're chasing down parts, bodging fits and being dragged away to deal with customers it's the worst
when people say they could never do this i say you are wrong trust me these guys for the most part are building the same bike over and over again so now they can just knock this out! trust me if you get your hands on bikes and you do it over and over again trust me you will be this good to
Hello Redbull team, Myslef Jithin V Eapen. I’m a professional motorcycle mechanic for years. In this video it took 7.5 hours to build this insane race bike, but i’m 100% confident that i can finish this race bike build under 5 hours. Will you give me a chance to prove myself?. I’m always wanted to be a pit mechanic. Thank you 🙏🏻
Hi. Red Bull Motorsports I teach bike racing culture in Korea. I want to let Koreans know about your cool video, can I share it? I'd like to edit it again and add a phrase that explains one by one in Korean. Oh, of course, the copyright is on your channel.
