I know this is going to sound silly but I just wanted to say I truly appreciate the “I love you” as you tuck us in…I lost my mother and grandparents back to back and I really miss being told I’m loved before going to sleep. I have anxiety and depression. I have tried soooo many different calming apps and listened to nearly every self help video I could find. Honestly, Emma, you have saved me. You have such a beautiful, calming presence that makes me feel safe and calm and content. I was listening to this video for the first time and when you said “good night, I love you” I literally smiled and said “I love you too Emma” out loud as I lay in my bed lol. I actually felt peaceful. Thank you for what you do ❤️

💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. I just woke up a little bit ago, but I’m more than willing to go back to bed, lol. My body’s aching quite a bit today, we’re under a winter storm watch for later tonight through Friday morning. We could get around 6-10 inches of snow, yuck!
