instead of conventional switch for lighting and power --- must use the WIFI Smart Switches..... Camera is only covering the front of the building, beside it shall cover all 4-sides of the plot + 1-Camera at car porch and 1-camera at the Servant Door (outside the kitchen). these are normal dubai standard. when moulive saheb named DUBAI --- he must follow Dubai Standard of construction.....

Firstly no mention of price, secondly roof terrace ka koi mention nahin, thirdly woh bahir garden nahin hai, garden apna hota hai, yah bharia ka land hai and finally most importantly jo mehmaan aatein hein un ko wudu bhi karna hota hai, powder room mein sirf powder hi hoga, wuzu kay liyay sink bohot chota hai.

Bhaie saheb vide at 09:15 i noticed int he fountain area the double type 3-pin plug used is normal type instead of IP66.... Moulvie saheb khudara dont call its designer house. if an experienced worked & inspected the villa he must have notice this danger.... during rain the open-2-sky garden will bring electric current and someone can die when water splash onto plug... so please please correct yourself and speak truth.... also correct this small but very danger mistake

Bahrria town is built on stolen land snatched from Sindhi tribes who can claim the land any time plus uncontrollable bahrria management imposed illegal charges are uncompromised. The agents are trying their best to sale properties. The last thing is billions of rupees of land property taxes are still to be paid to government Sind tax which is yet to be imposed so mund all this
