I'm am sorry for your loss . I lost mine may 2015 at 22 weeks. I really appreciate the vlogging of his birth. I swear it was almost the same exact situation with us ! We went to the hospital thinking we were going to hear the heartbeat , not knowing we were going to deliver our angel the next day. Watching your videos do help :) we now have our rainbow baby and feel blessed ! Keep making your videos! 👍🏻
Mine 2001 I went in to get induced just because he hadn't come and we were all messed up on the date. The happiest day of my life,turned to be the worst :( i still am blessed he was mine for 9 mths.

I know this comment is a bit late, but I just want to thank you for sharing Beckett's birth with us. We lost our baby Eli at 34 weeks and I had to have the balloon too. It is so hard to be in so much pain and to know your baby is not going to live. I won't say I know exactly how you felt, because we all grieve differently, but I am glad that you have shared your experience. Beckett's story deserves to be told.
So very powerful, that feeling you spoke about when you went to the hospital and you "just knew" immediately made my heart ache. That is the worst feeling in the world, knowing without a doubt that you're leaving the hospital without your baby, it's heartbreaking. 💙💙 Have you heard about CuddleCots? We recently had one donated to my local hospital, and they provide a portable cooling system so that families can keep their precious babies in the room with them for longer, giving them more time to hold them and take pictures, and allowing extended family to meet them. It even allows families to take their baby home. I know you guys are passionate about raising awareness and supporting families, maybe this could be something to consider?
Lauren Mulcahy We didn't hear about this until after. We even found out that our hospital had been donated one earlier that month, but we weren't offered it. (There was another stillbirth the same day, so they might have gotten it). It's something to consider. That's for sure.
I'm not usually the one to comment on a video but your story made me cry I'm so sorry for your loss. it was such an important story for you to tell and you have been such a strong woman through out your whole grief journey. I found your channel through Beckett's birth vlog. I wish I could just hop through the screen and give you a big huge hug and comfort you through your hard times. My heart breaks with yours and I am in tears watching your video. I have followed your story for some time now and I know how much it hurts to go through the loss of a child. I have never made it past 6 weeks but in saying that I have had 5 pregnancy's and 5 losses. All my babies were conceived through IVF. Stay strong lovely you have alot of support behind you.

I love you Aimee. Talking about Beckett after birth triggered me, but it speaks my part of my birth story. I wish I had allowed myself to love on him more, but I could see him deteriorating. My beautiful pink baby was pale, cold, and my love was speeding it up. Thank you for speaking for us when some of us choke up and can't find the words.

Thank you for sharing your birth story with us. After i had my first two children and before i had my miscarriages the birth stories in the parenting magazines were always my favourite to read but after my miscarriages and then fortunately a healthy baby. I found it was very rare to find a story about miscarriage or still birth and I think it would be better to be more open so people know they are not alone. Sending you love💙💙💙

i want people to know my babys, all of them, that all of them lived even if some of them just lived inside of me... but im alone on this over hear. no one will talk to me about it not even my husband... and im lost and depressed and alone and i cant breath i cant... and i watch you and your video's help alot and i cry. lord i cry and cry and cry... but you still help... and even though I'm lost and barely making it, you, your video's help and thats alot.

I had the balloon too... it was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. its actually kind of nice to hear another woman say it was horrible for her too like it kind of confirms that I wasn't being dramatic about how bad it hurt if that makes sense.

Beckett was born just before my boy, im sooo so thankful i have my little man, i can only imagine the pain that will stay with you both forever. Im so glad you've shared this, the statistics are too high for still birth, its something i very much feared during my pregnancies, and something that really does need to be shared ❤
+Jen And Zoe Only 1% of pregnancies will result in stillbirth. Are you worried about the 25% that end in miscarriage? Either way, I'm grateful you beat the odds.
thank you, and i did mean still birth, although numbers for miscarriage are a lot higher. i think its something like 3000 births a year here in Australia are still births, or 1 in 135 births results in stillbirth.. even if thats a small percentage, that number is massive! whether its 30, 300, or 3000, that is a lot of families effected! 😓.

Hi waterswife vlogs, thank you for posting your story. I have watched your videos and especially appreciate you showing us your family and your son Beckett's birth and his beautiful body. I am currently 22 weeks and am most likely getting induced this Wednesday, January 4th 2017, and will give birth to my beautiful daughter Rose. She is being taken away too soon due to CDH, a birth defect that has severely affected her lung development. I feel for you. I hope you are grieving well. I am scared of the induction process and how I will grieve. My husband and our families are very supportive. Thank you once again for this video. xo
+BeautifulDreamer2 I am so sorry to hear your news about Rose. It's just not fair. You're a tough mama. You're going to get through the induction. And I'm not going to lie to you, you'll probably go into shock. You'll feel waves of grief and they'll come quick and strong. But as time continues, the waves will slow, but they'll still flow. Please know you're not alone. I'm glad you have a good support system at home. Make sure you find the fb groups too. I'm so sorry
Thank you for your sympathies. Our daughter was born on January 7th and died peacefully with us 20 minutes after her birth. I was blessed to have had a chance to feel her warm body, to kiss her, to bless her and pray with her and my husband. She is our first born child, and we will never forget her.
