Beckey Route 5.6 (500 ft, 4p) - Liberty Bell

(9/5/21) Had a lovely day topping out the SW Face of Liberty Bell. Took about 3 hours from base to top, and then another hour to rappel back to the base. Every pitch was fun and varied, but the most memorable was the 12 ft 5.6 un-protectable slab. I think it's amazing that Beckey and his crew quested up that slab back in 1946 with primitive climbing boots and gear. And it was probably covered in black lichen.
Afterwards, Lucas and I decided we had enough time to run up SEWS via SW Rib and made it up and down that before sunset.
Hoping to come back and string every tower together for the LIberty Bell Traverse in-a-day sometime!
