The challenge is:
Only modhub mods used (no XML file tweaked super greenhouses)
Start with a small base game greenhouse.
No open air gardens, open gardens, allotments or orchards are used.
Either sell your products directly or take them to a sellpoint (However!)
Any machinery, equipment, specialist sellpoints, inputs buy points (Fieldwork Fill Station (free) is prohibited!), MUST come out of money earned, leased or purchased but NOT cheated in!
You can ONLY have ONE greenhouse in place at any time!
Peripheral feeder buildings can be utilised if required (Again, out of the greenhouse profits)
You MUST pay off your LOAN for the MILLIONAIRE title to count!
The modular greenhouse mod is at your discretion (I’m not using it in this video).

As always, great fun, mrsealyp. A couple of things would have made this easier: the large coffee greenhouse from Coffee Production mod, not the Magic Bean coffee one, and the larger titan water tanker (200000l). With 2 of these backed up and unloading water and liquid fertilizer, I made it in exactly 12 months on Hard economy. :)

My giddy aunt, Sealyp, you do get up to some capers! It worked though and if you had set more days in the months, it wouldn't have taken years. I been struggling with greenhouses and watching you has taught me a lot. I popped into my game half way thru your vid and got them working! So thank you so much for the demo here today. Most enjoyable and best Farm Sim 22 guy on the web. Much respect, Sir.

I love your videos where you test different things like this, doing only one area of farming 😊, great idea more interesting ways of doing things in fs22, can't wait to see wot you do in fs25 👍🏻😂. Also I'm just sorting out a map with farm and things, and going to set up a RU-vid channel for a farming series of my own, 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Great video I love greenhouses. Question, I know you mentioned but I didn't quite get it, if you have a GH, that can produce say lettuce , tomato, & strawberries, is it better to do only 1 at a time or all 3 crops?

I'm intrigued to have a go... presumably you use the start from scratch mod, but which game mode do you start from (since it affects the economy settings)?

I managed to set up using easy dev controls instead of start from 0, I'm on PC so may have some different mods, so far it has taken my 3 years to upgrade my first greenhouse, but the future looks promising!

The coffee bean greenhouse gives around £10.000 per unit sale.

That can depend on the map, The game mode and economy setting. I certainly wasn't getting £10,000.

if you sell stock from green houses without transporting the goods yourself you pay a delivery/distribution fee thats why you were not getting the full amount when you sold goods :)

@@MrSealyp I am honestly surprised it has taken so many people so long to do the math on the "selling" feature of any/all productions in FS22. Easy math is (AVG of all selling prices) * 60%, so yes, you could easily get less than 50% of the best selling price if you have a lot of low values and 1 high one. Also, not all productions make 1000L pallets. Lettuce is 1000L, but strawberries, and tomatoes are only 500.
