@@peggycruz7435 no disrespect but Eckhart himself freely admits he struggles to meditate for long periods, in one of his videos he says " some people can meditate for hours, i can't do that". To say Eckhart is meditation is a huge exaggeration and personally i think Eckhart is enough as he is and people don't need to exaggerate him in a way at all. Please don't take this the wrong way but i was put otf watching Eckhart for years because what people claimed about him made him sound like a cult leader and brainwasher,, and in reality he's nothing of the sort 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I never know when my ego takes control but the moment i see his eyes, an ever so silent boom! Him looking at me and me looking at him all disappears and only the in-between exists. Im done letting my mind wander. Im gonna listen to Eckhart every morning. Im gonna force that habit into my life and hopefully there will be a moment when ill be able to see thoughts as things and not me and tune in to the infinite.

I am the same as the room I sit in. As there are walls in the room, so too there are walls within me. As the walls seem to separate space within the room from the space outside of the room, the walls within myself seem to separate the awareness within me from a deeper awareness which is always present. From time to time, we open a door and leave the room. Maybe we go to work. Maybe we take a walk. But for so many of us we often return to the safety of our rooms after some time. So too we sometimes open the doors within ourselves and step into a world of heightened awareness. Most of us do it unconsciously because we only intend to do a job. Soon after we return to our "normal" state. Even though we walk through the open door we fail to see that we are and always have been free from our own captivity. That which we seek has been and always will be there all along. Step outside once in a while. Not for a task, but just to get some fresh air and enjoy the wind on your face. After all, you're alive.

Love the Now or Being. Calms and quietens and one can call on that anywhere or any time,God Almighty must not be trifled with. Get as much as i possibly could out of my life, music people work tv radio culture any and all media . The less impressions daily the clearer all the past programming and trauma can come into focus to understand these lesser states of mind or personality foundations. To grow is to shed old. I've discovered two things with this video dear Eckhart, the first is the meaning of space as a metaphor of no thinking (to be short) and the second is that we probably love analog supports for music like vinyl because between each song we can focus our attention on littles noises like cracks, hum etc. And it seems to work exactly like this fountain in the background , our mind is just stopped and wait for what is said or what is recorded in the case of music on vynil. We're in the present.

Around 10 years ago, someone guided me to access this dimension in lucid dream by focusing on breathing. After few moments, I saw thunderbolt of energy all around me like lightening in the sky. It was so intense that it woke me up from my sleep. We are energy beings

@13:28, it was a challenge not to be distracted by thoughts, such as who was that, what did they say, where is Eckhart, will he comment on it, etc. It made me aware that my mind was squirming, addicted to being carried along by inconsequential thoughts, (@17:45) "shouting for my attention", a microcosm of daily life. It’s crazy how my mind is always thinking for long periods of time that when I have a moment of here and now, it scares me because my mind is so use to being in obsessive compulsive thought, that I think something is wrong when my mind shuts off.
