@Khrazegaming great video BUT SHOULD ADD THIS: This video is spot on for single player but when you start playing with a full party of live people and orbs can be stolen by anyone, then there will become soft caps for stats that are important for support/assault/ultimate heroics. Also Crit becomes more important b/c you will be changing your talents that generate orbs to the ones that give you intrinsic/heroic energy on crits etc. For example on Hulk by myself it's easy to keep a really high uptime on Boneshaker and then Thunderclap half a dozen or more enemies and one shot them but when I'm in a full party everyone wants those yellow orbs that drop so this greatly reduces my effectiveness in that regard. So now I'm farming new perks for Heroic energy on crits and adding more crit until I am satisfied with my Thunderclap/Bonecrusher uptime. So unless they change the way orbs work (meaning only you can collect the orbs you are talented into), if you want to be effective on Challenge IV future content you'll need to start setting aside gear that boosts recharge time of your Heroics if you plan on playing with 3 other real people
Just did some testing with Iron Man in the HARM room just now. All Repulsor and Rocket attacks, both aimed(with L2) and heavy attacks(triangles) are indeed Precision based. Lasers are a bit different. When aimed, it's Precision based. When using triangles, from the ground or while hovering, it's considered as melee attacks and it's Might based(Photon Samurai, Whirling Tempest, Laser Strike, Burning Edge and Laser Scythe). The only exception is his aerial power attack(Magnetron), this one is Precision based.
Making me want to explore a melee focused iron man that also has some intensity and uses lasers as primaries 🤔 Might, intensity, resolve build with status effects on lasers
Actually black widow can be very powerful controller. What i mean is, if you focus on maximizing her melee rating, and upping her stun potential, she can be an absolute monster to have on the team. My widow can stun an adaptiod in about 5 seconds if lucky. Then takedown, spawn heroic orb, get more bites, repeat. Although her guns are very useful to me for turrets, big enemies i cant really face tank myself without hulk, or Thor there, so for dropbots, i use fullautoshot to take away any cryo sheilds, then use a widows bite, and then go in and finish the job.
Personally, i like running the stun meter up as quickly as possible so i can execute finishers which drop more heroic orbs to be able to perform heroic abilities much quicker
Just a heads up, heroic charge rates are 100% not effected by any stat. It says it on the stat page. The only thing that effects them are perks and skill tree selections.
@@getschwifty5537 It's literally just placed there for viewing. It specifically says no stats effect heroic charge rate in the skill sheet. It's not hard to test it, just put on a piece with more or less might and you'll see nothing changes.
Great videos, please keep them coming. What are your thoughts on Hulk. People sleeping on him big time. Thor seems to be the go to for high end content from the videos most are putting out lately.
Stun is more valuable than you give it credit for. Every takedown gives me a heroic orb, whether i kill the enemy with one take down or not, i can get 4 or 5 orbs out of one single enemy with my high stun rate, sure u can clear a room of crash test dummies and get orbs that way but what do you do when your left with just the boss, or just 3 synthoids!!!!? you under estimate the value of many takedowns!!!!!
Great video except your wrong about attributes affecting your heroic charge rates. If you hit r3 while on the gear page it clearly says it at the bottom of the stat listing. Other than that keep up the content bro
You may not want to Stun enemies, and want to just clear them, but when you keep stunning enemies, you keep getting Takedowns. And when you have Heroic(Or Health) Orbs drop then you can do Ultimate and your Other Super attacks over and over again! Maybe with some characters it won't work as good as with Captain America but with Thor I'm able to do a lot of Takedowns and then have my special moves waay more frequently
I’ve been playing cap ever since I got to play as him. I’ve gotten really good with his combos/Air combos. My favorite build is his Brooklyn brawler with take downs that increase its duration. Only down side playing as cap is I have to run every where😂
Nobody ever even makes builds on her she's slept on heavy it's disappointing cause even ms marvel gets more spotlight than a main avenger in the community
Thanks for the clarity I was wondering why my level 138 hulk only did good damage with debris. My problem was I picked gear based on perks than stats and been getting constant one shots from off screen lasers Edit: my power took a hit but now I'm wrecking everyone's shit.
You really downplay intensity. It helps fill status effects on enemies alot quicker, which if played right with opposing effects can skyrocket your damage. Also power of uru and odinforce scale off valor as well.
I dont think he downplayed it...he highlighted the fact that characters already have high stun moves that give us no issues with building up the status. Thors light signature move does so much stun dmg you wont need intensity so why bother prioritizing it
@@iamergoproxy3476 Because status/intensity affect cryo, shock, Pym, gamma, etc. He mentions this in one of his comments. Elemental status can have bonus effects on enemies & helps to really ramp up damage.
@@iamergoproxy3476 I do. I use enough on Thor. Between the Odinforce applying lots of shock status & his gauntlet/hammer gear slots having alot of options for shock/cryo/pym status, he can ramp up status really fast. His signature light attack hold(full hammer spin triple combo) also inflicts alot of stun for takedowns. So my gear has signature attacks apply ___ which allows him to shred through most everything with enough status.
@@johnb.1604 funny you mention thor because that's who I'm focusing on at the moment. His power is 135 and I'm still working on refining the build to get 15k health, enough heroic rating to 1 shot trash mobs with God blast and apply cryo with 1 hammer spin combo
none of the dreadbot takedown challenges work. they are all bugged. me and my friend were playing and had the same issue on similar and different challenges. idk fi these guys have a twitter that they listen to people report bugs, but this game is a whole mess and i REALLY want to enjoy it but it is impossible so far. buged loot doesn't help.
If you are talking about avengers initiative make sure to select operation on the war table and select avengers initiative rather than reassemble because then it will show more missions.
Intensity is probably one of the best stats in this game. Stun damage is what allows takedowns. I can get takedowns after 1 or 2 heavy attacks and instantly kill them from it over and over on each enemy also creating heroic orbs for my party and making me immune to all damage and healing me in the process

Ehhhhh I don't know if I agree with you on diminishing returns on the Stun. I have a TON of stun, so I do takedown after takedown after takedown, Which equals mad finishers and then I can stun the enemies which will allow my teammates to get takedowns and keep everyone's ultimate and heroic abilities going as often as possible! Definitely agree with not wanting to just stun them, but takedowns are sooo good to get
precision on black widow is shitty imho. I have 2600 precision on her but I don’t think i’m dealing enough damage. Maybe i should increase valor for the critical damage because head shots are considered critical chance i guess.
Black widow is amazing with might. U don't need to play ranged with her. Just make sure u have gamma or something else on her pistol shots and u are good. Most of the time in using my special and I'm invisible and her stun damage is crazy! I never play her ranged!
One thing I’ve heard is that according to the devs who said it on the official discord is that for ex: iron mans ranged attacks are NOT all based off precision.. according to devs, IM’s laser attacks are based off might and repulsers and rockets are precision.. which if the case changes how you build builds... I couldn’t find where the devs said it, but a ton of ppl were quoting it, so if you build around lasers, you’d might not precision... sooo confusing to say the least, anyone know of this???
I have 1 major question... On 3 of the gear sets it says they provide the Fortitude attribute. Where is that? What does it do? I cant find it anywhere.
Where can you get the legendaries which aren't related to any faction? Those seem to have the best perks imo but I'm not sure where to farm those legendaries.
You didn't consider that Intensity also increase status effect damage. So on a character like Iron Man or Widow you could make some really interesting status/stun build that would make them great support characters.
Hey man thank you so much for the videos! I want to main Thor but I want a combination of melee and ranged as I wanna have him versatile. Could I make a good build with both or would that just make him average at both and great at none and I just focus on either fully might or fully precision?
I’ve been trying to make a good build for iron man than has good range damage and melee for when I wanna get up close but I don’t know what to look for in gear and also try to get some defense so I don’t get one shotted along with some heroic to help. Anyone know how to help?
He is the god of thunder... but it’s actually lightning he’s known for and what you are asking about. Pick up an ability called “Power of Uru” under his Intrinsic Ability tab on Primary skills. Then throw a hammer and spam the Odinforce button (RT or R2 for controllers). Each time you press and release it creates chain lightning to everything around it. I noticed this works even whiles it’s flying not just when they are pinned. You can clear every add on the screen and consistently stagger larger enemies by throwing your hammer uncharged over and over while continuously tapping (not holding down) the Odinforce button.
Is there a set mission that guarantees a drop from one of the manufacturer? Like for example, if I am trying to grind stark legendary gears, is there a mission that guarantees a stark gear as a reward ?
