While I do feel whirlpool is really good, if faced with a Crustle, or Tyranitar, whirlpool does very little damage against them. So you really need to pay attention to opposing team composition, which is difficult to switch between because X-speed works well with aqua tail, but X-attack is better with Whirlpool. If they ever introduce draft picking, it'll be easier to swap between builds.

Great video! I personally don't believe that whirlpool has better healing than aqua tail, especially with stacks cause that move is insane, but you made it work! Aqua tail also has great synergy with its ult as it provides a free stun on a squishy that will let you land a free water pulse. The repositioning from water pulse puts you in the sweet spot for aqua tail boosteds and allows you to deal 3k on the last hit of the move. Your playing of azu really overcame what I saw as limitations of whirlpool, but I wouldn't put aqua tail down as a worse move.
