Once a year I fast to certain things. Things I can chose and this year I am fasting for coffee, sweets, chips and watching my Show.
The Fasting Period is from Ash Wednesday till Easter (six weeks) and because I am giving up coffee for 6 weeks I needed a good alternative:
So, here we go Matcha!
I´ll take my first homemade Matcha sip with you guys, tell you about all the health benefits this drink brings with it and how fasting changed my life. Get ready and be excited to try something new.
On my channel I am talking about my personal experiences, why I am doing what I am doing and hopefully inspiring you becoming your most healthiest mindful version ever. Yay! Because we only got our Health once, so let's take care of it.
