Why is is everybody hating on this guy? Like one dude said good video, and everyone else is like, 🤓"Sunbracers in better", without acknowledging the time and effort this guy put in his video. I personally love the build, I use it everyday on my warlock, and I see no problem why I should not use it. This guy really needs some more attention. Great video man, hope to see you post more!
I'm glad you appreciate the effort! Some people only want to stick to the most meta build and don't like to change things up even if it could be better. As long as some people get some knowledge/entertainment out of my videos, I'm happy 😊
I don’t understand I done everything the he said the class setup armor, mods, ability, and aspect, and I still don’t get heal. I get radiant, but I just don’t heal I’m confused am I doing something wrong?
Bit late in response, but yes you should run solar weapons. With Ember of Empyrean solar weapon kills will increase the duration of restoration and radiant effects. So technically not necessary if you don't want to run them, but I highly recommend it.
Sunbracers is a LOT better. The grenades give you back your phoenix dive for infinite resto anyway + high damage + infinite abilities + entire room control. There is NO scenario where karnsteins is better than sunbracers on solar.
To each there own, sunbracers is definitely strong, though some situations it’s better to have a rift over phoenix dive. Those scenarios this build shines in. Sunbracers is still a top meta build as well, I believe in having my toolbox full of tools I use rather than just using the same tool over and over 👍
Playing with different builds is what the game is about. Can't only play what's meta all the time. What's the point of all the gear in your vault if you only use the same load out?
I feel like karsteins and sunbracers are really close together on how good they are now, sunbracers have more ad clearing capabilities and even though you can get restoration on sunbracers, it feels hard to maintain imo even if I am extending it with solar kills. Karsteins however doesnt have as much ad clear but more survivability as you have an easier way to get healing. It's just preference / dependant on the activity that you are doing on which is better
I prefer phoenix dive over healing rift for solo content because it provides you greater mobility since you don't have to stay in one spot to get your healing, and it actually incentivizes movement with how it is activated. Obviously, when playing with others swap it out for healing rift for some handy team support, but otherwise I see no reason not to run phoenix dive.
Im just starting to get into solo activities, (confident in day 1 raids and gms,) and am tired of sunbracers, I feel ill use this build quite a bit in the future, thanks!
Ease of use. Sunbracers offer more power at the cost of it being harder to activate restoration. Ex: you like healing rift, with sunbracers you are forced to consume your grenade, land on an enemy with phoenix dive and immediately kill to get and keep up restoration. There’s no options for healing rift with sunbracers if you want restoration With this, all you have to do is a melee kill or finisher. Easy peasy
