These kids have great arms. But I am even more impressed that the first drill I see, is throwing from the knees. I will definitely keep following.

I really appreciate what you do for the kids, and the greater catching community...consistent, insistent, and positive. I really hope I can get one of my boys down there to you at some point, but regardless it is great knowing you are out there doing good work. Thanks!

I loved the last part

It sucks last year I had a coach that works different drills and worked our asses off now my coach gets pissed when we mess up on something he didn’t tell us to do

Hey by the way at 3:18 mark are those balls by any chance slightly weighted? or just regular? Any ways take care.
