Personally, I enjoy the gym when I’m watching RU-vid/Netflix. Before I know it, I’ve burned 400 calories in an hour. The treadmill is a great start for sure. Slow pace w/ high incline 🤌🏽

- hey boo I’m a dancer that got fired from like 3 clubs girl I know how you feel 🥹😶 it’s not us it’s them I see you tho reflecting I thought to do the same thing and it really works just sun bathe for 15 min a day and try to get to a point where you can lay down and actually trust the process you’ll feel so different it doesn’t even have to be on grass maybe the beach somewhere you actually like to be like a pool anywhere w sun 🤣💀 hope that helps ❤️❤️
