In fact, I don't think anyone without technology background is suitable for CISO or CIO🙂,they are scammer in the group indeed😅

You are missing the point. The best atptitude is the right attitude. How much technical do you need to be a CISO?. Each person has its strengths and weaknesses. You need to know yourself and then go for it. I strongly advise you to follow Dr Eric Cole, podcast "Life of a CISO". Todd Fitzgerald's book "CISO Compass". The Harvard program about Cybersecurity leadership.
