I have been hacked on my cell phone with a guy using developer. He tried stealing money off my debit card. He has changed passwords and app petitions. He has controls not me. He has turned video recording on while I was changing for bed and it freaked me out. Who do I report this to ?
@j b Thank you for your time. I do have screen shots of some and I took pictures of his screen opened up to other. Do you have any suggestions on who to get a hold of ? That won't charge me a lot. I'm on fixed income.
