The thing that was cracked when u started the game was a collar this prevents u from moving or jumping the reason why u coild move was caise it was cracked but not fully witch is why u couldent jump at the end u got a new one so u cant move at ALL

My conclusion: The tiny rip gave the cone consciousness and the ability to move The “cuff” basically paralyzed them Come heaven was a flash back and the people came to cuff the cones He failed at trying to rescue them and was cuffed again Rip Cornelius 00:00-40:25
All the other cones are alive but the only reason Cornelius can move is because the little crack lifted the weight of the cuff just enough so he could move
