Hi! What if I’ve done the cohort . I’m studying for my csa at the moment. But do I still pay or is it free. You mentioned something about a 2 hour virtual class. Will that be a paid class?

A good place to start is the ServiceNow Career Journey page and select the "Support Specialist" career journey. There are some good foundational courses that will help you get started with frameworks like ITIL, etc.

Is this cert would give you access to a BA role?

When you say BA, are you referring to Business Analyst? If yes, then the answer is yes will still need to demonstrate how you align tech solutions to business requirements.
