I’m 33 year old with 3 kids played football semi pro all my life worked out competed , worked and always been fit and in shape for myself no one else . Wouldn’t imagine it any other way. My testosterone was 890 last time I tested . Nothing but good habits and good decisions nutritionally 80 percent of the time . It ain’t hard just consistent
I agree bro but try being a hard gainer ectomorph who built some decent muscle but still struggling with the grind!!! I’ve never had the frame but we keep going! Social media is fake!!!
